What is the minimum membership commitment?
The Silver membership is $395 per year, billed annually. All membership levels are annual commitments. Contact the Chamber team to discuss payment options.
Can I upgrade my membership level after joining?
Yes. Members who want to move to a higher level can contact the Chamber team to discuss upgrading. Any price difference will be applied on a prorated basis - confirm exact terms with Chamber staff before publishing this answer.
What is the Chamber community feed?
The Chamber community feed is an internal platform where members post offers, business updates, and announcements that other members can see and share. It is a member-to-member communication and promotional tool, not a public-facing social network.
What are Chamber President outreach emails?
Available with President's Circle ($1,995), Platinum ($3,995), and Diamond ($6,995) memberships, these are personalized emails sent directly by the Chamber President to businesses outside the Chamber membership - on behalf of the member. The member selects which businesses to target. These emails introduce the member as a trusted Chamber contact. The annual allotment varies by tier: 10, 15, or 25 emails per year.
What is the difference between the member e-blast (Gold) and President outreach emails (President's Circle+)?
The Gold e-blast is an email sent by the Chamber to its own opted-in membership promoting your business - internal reach. President's Circle, Platinum, and Diamond outreach emails are sent by the Chamber President to businesses outside the Chamber on your behalf - external prospecting. These are separate, distinct benefits and are not interchangeable.
What is the charity golf tournament?
The Chamber's annual charity golf tournament is included for Platinum and Diamond members. Platinum members receive 2 player registrations and a sponsored hole in their company name. Diamond members receive 4 registrations, a sponsored hole, and a Champion Golf Club pro-series putter. Contact the Chamber for information on the current year's tournament date and location.
Is there a referral guarantee?
Membership creates opportunities for members to build relationships and increase visibility, which can lead to referrals and business growth. The Chamber does not guarantee a specific number of referrals, customers, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on how actively a member participates in Chamber events and programs.
How do I get listed in the member directory?
All active members receive a directory listing as part of their membership. Chamber staff manage all directory listings. There is no public-facing "Add Listing" tool.
Can my business sponsor Chamber events without being a member?
Event sponsorship opportunities are available to both members and non-members. Contact the Chamber team for current sponsorship packages and availability.
